Here at Legacy, a Federally Qualified Health Center, we believe in treating the entire patient, offering valuable services that span from adult primary care and HIV/AIDS care to pediatrics, OB/GYN, and behavioral health. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Management: Cultivate and lead a professional cross-functional team, driving the adoption of innovative IT software and programs while fostering a culture centered on positivity and exceptional customer service.
- Implementation Delivery: Direct, design, and maintain clinical information systems to optimize medical operations, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Guarantee excellent customer service by actively managing stakeholder relationships, gathering performance feedback, and implementing strategic improvements for maximum operational efficiency.
- Strategic Insight and Coordination: Provide strategic inputs in decisions affecting functional responsibility areas, while ensuring effective integration of clinical systems with other organizational processes.
Qualifications
- Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Informatics, or related field. Equivalent work experience in IT/IS, informatics, healthcare software implementations, or healthcare management is considered.
- Experience: 10 years in software configuration, implementation, support, and delivery. 7 years of progressive leadership in healthcare clinical settings.
- Technical Expertise: Diverse knowledge in healthcare software systems, EHR solutions, and project management principles (PMBOK, Agile, Lean, etc.).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to guide teams, foster growth, encourage productivity, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Preferred Certifications: PMP, ITIL, CSM, Six Sigma, or clinical certification/licensure (RN, PA, FNP).
